We manage all types of Residential & Commercial Portfolios for Single & Bulk Units, buildings, Villas, Townhouse, Offices, Warehouses, Labor & Staff Accommodations, etc.

Our Leasing Activities

  • Provide Marketing & Advertising (Gulf news, Dubizzle, JustProperty & many more portals)
  • Achieve full occupancy to generate maximum income
  • Rent Negotiation, take care of contracts, renewals, collecting rents and deposits
  • Deposit payments according to the Owner’s instructions
  • Follow-up with the Tenant and mediate for replacement of bad cheques
  • Assisting in solving disputes


  • Prepare the property for the viewing of the next Tenant (Painting, repairs, Move-in/Move-out inventory)
  • Finding Tenant and handle keys hand over, Check–in procedure
  • Assure that Property is registered with EJARI, DEWA, EMPOWER, DLD (Title Deed) etc.
  • Issuing timely notices to renew & vacate (as per Real Estate Law / RERA)
  • Following Rental Increase (as per RERA Index)
  • Supervise general maintenance and assistance requests of the Tenant in minor and major maintenance
  • Pay bills on Owner/Tenant’s behalf including the service charges to the developer and following up payments of utilities and Final settlements; provide overall book keeping
  • Manage the handover of the property from the developer; including keys collection, home orientation etc.
  • Arrange for garbage clearance, pest control etc, if applicable
  • Yearly maintenance of the air-conditioning system, swimming pool, garden, etc, if applicable
  • Advise on, and if needed, negotiate and ensure validity of the standard property insurance
  • Facilitating any other requirements if applicable

Our Management fee starts from only 5 % of your gross rental income per year, up to 8% for full Management Package which can be negotiated based on the Service Package requirement.
