Wynn reveals Townhomes at Enclave on Al Marjan Island resort

Wynn designed the accommodation around the scale and spatial character of aristocratic Parisian urban residences.

Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled Townhomes, a new ultra-private accommodation category within Enclave, its boutique hotel in Ras Al Khaimah.

Wynn Resorts announced the Townhomes on August 25 2026. Reservations will operate exclusively for selected guests. Units will span two levels and range from 630 sqm with two bedrooms to 1,110 sqm with four bedrooms.

Enclave will contain 323 accommodations across suites, Apartments, Townhomes and Marina and Ocean Estates. Townhomes will sit outside the resort tower while retaining direct access to Wynn Al Marjan Island.

Townhomes expand Enclave accommodation

Guests will reach Townhomes through the Royal Foyer at the centre of the resort. Wynn designed the accommodation around the scale and spatial character of aristocratic Parisian urban residences.

Todd Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer at Wynn Design & Development, described Townhomes as a separate accommodation category within the company’s portfolio.

“Townhomes move beyond the traditional idea of a villa or penthouse,” Lenahan said. “This is an entirely different category of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale, and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting.”

Enclave offers three principal residential formats through Townhomes, Apartments and Marina and Ocean Estates. Wynn has positioned each category around different space requirements and levels of privacy.

Townhomes add the largest guest accommodation Wynn has developed across its global portfolio, according to Lenahan and as first reported by Hotelier Middle East.

Private spas and expansive residential layouts

Primary suites anchor each Townhome, supported by private spa areas containing a hammam and tepidarium.

Interior layouts include separate living and dining rooms, a library, billiards salon and media room. Wynn has also incorporated a contemporary kitchen, private bar and dedicated entertainment areas.

Architectural specifications include vaulted ceilings, large staircases and detailed interior finishes across both floors.

“Space is one of the ultimate luxuries, and guests will experience it unapologetically here,” Lenahan said. “The Townhomes represent the most expansive guest accommodations we have ever created, unique within our global portfolio.”

Wynn developed individual interiors specifically for the Townhomes rather than applying a standard hotel room specification.

“What distinguishes the Townhomes is their individuality,” Lenahan said. “Every detail has been created specifically for these accommodations, resulting in spaces that feel deeply personal, highly curated, and distinctive as the finest homes anywhere in the world.”

Enclosed courtyards extend accommodation outdoors

Private outdoor space forms part of every Townhome through a fully enclosed landscaped courtyard.

Courtyards will contain multiple plunge pools alongside dedicated wellness facilities. Wynn has designed each residence as a self-contained retreat while maintaining immediate access to the wider resort.

Townhomes remain physically separate from Wynn Al Marjan Island’s main tower. Their inclusion within Enclave gives guests access to services and facilities assigned to the boutique hotel.

“Enclave was designed as a destination within the resort, and the Townhomes take that concept one step further,” Lenahan said. “They have a character and identity all their own, created for guests seeking the privacy and permanence of a home within a world-class resort.”

Wynn has placed the accommodation at the centre of the development rather than in a detached villa zone.

Butler and culinary teams support Townhome guests

Townhome reservations will include access to a private beachfront and dedicated amenities delivered inside each accommodation.

Wynn will assign 24-hour butler and culinary teams to Townhome guests. Private chauffeured transport will also form part of the service package.

Service delivery will operate within the residences, reducing the requirement for guests to use shared hotel facilities for dining and other personal services.

Wynn has not disclosed reservation pricing or minimum stay requirements for the Townhomes.

Enclave will combine the Townhomes with its Apartments, Marina and Ocean Estates and suite inventory when Wynn Al Marjan Island opens to guests.
