UAE casino: First look at Wynn Al Marjan Island’s 70-storey tower apartments

Enclave will contain 313 suites across the upper levels of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Resort Tower.

Wynn Al Marjan Island has unveiled the Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment, two 1,460 sqm residences positioned at the top of its 70-storey Resort Tower.

Both seven-bedroom apartments sit within Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island’s private boutique hotel experience. Wynn revealed the accommodation concepts on September 14 2026.

Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment will provide views across the Arabian Gulf and Hajar Mountains. Each residence combines multiple entertaining rooms, private bars and dedicated spaces for dining and private gatherings.

Two apartments crown Enclave

Wynn Design and Development created both residences with two international design studios. London-based Anouska Hempel Design developed the Mayfair Apartment. Paris studio Pinto designed the Paris Apartment.

Todd Avery Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development, led Wynn Al Marjan’s collaboration with both studios.

Lenahan commissioned the designers to create individual residences rather than apply a common interior specification across both apartments. Furnishings, materials and decorative details were developed specifically for each accommodation.

Wynn will also deliver dining, spa treatments, salon services and entertainment inside each apartment. Dedicated service allows occupants to use those facilities without entering shared resort areas.

“The Mayfair and Paris Apartments are palaces in the sky. There is nothing on the world stage today that will rival what we’ve created here,” Lenahan says.

Pinto designs Paris Apartment

Paris Apartment takes its design direction from a private residence assembled by an international collector and frequent traveller.

Pinto combined bespoke furniture, artworks and collected objects within a dramatic two-level residence. Grand columns define the principal spaces, while glass surfaces bring exterior light and Gulf views into the interior.

Hand-painted murals, artisan lighting and collectable artworks feature throughout the accommodation. Pinto also incorporated references to Arabic hospitality without relying on conventional regional decorative motifs.

Alberto Pinto founded the Paris studio in 1971. Owner and Co-Artistic Director Fahad Hariri and Co-Artistic Director Pietro Scaglione lead the business today.

“It is a dialogue of different ages and cultures. The challenge was for it to feel exclusive yet still feel like home,” Scaglione says.

Pinto’s work across private residences, yachts and aircraft informed the residential character of the apartment.

Anouska Hempel shapes Mayfair Apartment

Mayfair Apartment draws on London’s large private residences, using classical planning, dense material detailing and custom craftsmanship across its principal rooms.

Anouska Hempel Design selected the Mayfair name to reference the studio’s London heritage and the district’s established luxury residential market.

Jewel-toned green provides a recurring colour across the apartment. Lacquered panelling, green marble and detailed millwork use the shade alongside gilded finishes.

Wynn Al Marjan has positioned the apartment as a city residence in the sky rather than a conventional hotel suite. Gulf coastline and mountain views sit beyond interiors influenced by homes around Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park.

Lenahan identifies Anouska Hempel’s work on Blakes and The Hempel in London as an important influence on boutique hotel design. Wynn commissioned the studio to translate that residential design language into the Ras Al Khaimah property.

Enclave adds private access and dedicated service

Enclave will contain 313 suites across the upper levels of Wynn Al Marjan Island’s Resort Tower and other private accommodation areas.

Guests use a separate guarded arrival drive leading directly to Enclave’s private lobby and dedicated elevators. Wynn Al Marjan plans no more than nine suites on each floor within the tower accommodation described in its latest release.

Enclave’s accommodation categories include the Mayfair and Paris Apartments, Townhomes, and Marina and Ocean Estates.

Mayfair Apartment and Paris Apartment occupy the highest accommodation levels within the tower. Both provide seven bedrooms alongside private dining, entertainment and personal care facilities.

Wynn designed the service operation around delivering hospitality directly inside the residences. Private bars, dining spaces, salon treatments and spa services reduce the need for guests to move through public resort areas.

Wynn Al Marjan Island’s latest accommodation release adds two large-format residences to Ras Al Khaimah’s expanding luxury hospitality inventory ahead of the resort’s opening.
