Dubai to train more than 14,000 companies to use Agentic AI as private sector push accelerates

Dubai Chambers will train more than 14,000 companies to adopt Agentic AI, covering tools to improve productivity, operations and decision-making.

More than 14,000 Dubai companies are being offered specialised training to help them adopt Agentic AI across their operations as the emirate expands efforts to prepare its private sector for the next phase of artificial intelligence.

Dubai Chambers has launched dedicated training tracks for member companies of the Business Groups and Business Councils operating under Dubai Chamber of Commerce, covering the use of Agentic AI to improve operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making.

Dubai companies offered Agentic AI training

The initiative forms part of Dubai’s programme to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI, launched under the directives of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defence, and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.

Training will be delivered through Dubai Chambers Academy, a new integrated e-learning platform offering specialised Agentic AI training tracks alongside other programmes for the private sector.

The Academy was launched in the presence of Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori, Chairman of Dubai Chambers, Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, and 90 chairpersons of Business Groups and Business Councils.

Eng. Sultan bin Saeed Al Mansoori said: “The programme to transition the private sector towards Agentic AI reflects Dubai’s commitment to advancing the vision of its leadership by preparing the business community to adopt advanced technologies and use them effectively to create sustainable value. This will strengthen companies’ competitiveness and their ability to innovate and grow in the economy of the future.”

How Dubai businesses will use Agentic AI

The training tracks will focus on practical applications of Agentic AI in a business environment.

Participants will explore the latest tools and solutions and learn how they can be applied to improve business operations, efficiency, productivity and decision-making.

Companies will also be given practical guidance on adopting the technology, with the training designed to help businesses identify applications across their operations and develop the capabilities required as Agentic AI takes a greater role in business.

Al Mansoori said: “Agentic AI is opening up new possibilities for the way companies operate. It can help manage complex tasks, enable more effective decision-making, enhance productivity, and create new opportunities for growth. Through these specialised training tracks, we aim to equip the private sector with the capabilities and expertise needed to understand Agentic AI and translate its potential into practical applications.”

The training is intended to help companies turn the potential of Agentic AI into practical solutions supporting growth and innovation.

Dubai expands Agentic AI programme

Training more than 14,000 companies represents one element of a wider programme aimed at transitioning Dubai’s private sector towards Agentic AI.

Other initiatives include establishing incubators for Agentic AI companies supporting Dubai’s transition and providing support for businesses specialising in developing and deploying Agentic AI solutions.

The programme will also promote knowledge-sharing and capacity-building within Dubai Chambers.

Together, the initiatives are intended to strengthen private-sector competitiveness and Dubai’s position in the adoption of future technologies.

Executive Committee for Agentic AI

The latest initiative follows the formation by Dubai Chambers of the Executive Committee for Agentic AI.

The committee was established to accelerate adoption of the technology across Dubai’s private sector and prepare businesses for global technological shifts.

It will also work to enable companies to benefit from advanced AI solutions and support Dubai’s position as a global hub for the digital economy and future industries.

The new Dubai Chambers Academy will provide the platform through which companies can access the specialised training tracks, alongside a wider range of private-sector training programmes.
