Dubai homes from $544 a month: DAMAC launches new offer for first-time buyers

DAMAC has launched The Lifestyle Collection with monthly plans from $544, targeting first-time buyers and long-term residents in Dubai.

DAMAC Properties has launched The Lifestyle Collection, a new portfolio of Dubai apartment projects across its master-planned communities, with monthly plans starting from AED1,999 ($544).

The launch comes as Dubai continues to expand access to homeownership through government-backed initiatives and residency reforms, with more than 3,200 residents purchasing their first homes since the launch of Dubai Land Department’s First-Time Home Buyer Programme in July 2025.

DAMAC Properties, the largest private real estate developer in the UAE and the Middle East, said The Lifestyle Collection has been designed to provide a more accessible route into homeownership.

The collection is aimed at first-time buyers, end-users and long-term residents seeking not only an apartment but also access to established communities and lifestyle-focused environments.

Dubai real estate offer

Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, said: “Dubai has always been a city where people come to build a future, and homeownership is an important part of that journey. DAMAC’s The Lifestyle Collection is designed for first-time buyers, end-users and long-term residents who want more than an apartment; they want access to a community, a sense of belonging and an environment that helps them thrive, physically and mentally.

“As Dubai continues to make ownership and long-term residency more accessible, we believe The Lifestyle Collection is well aligned with what the market needs now.”

According to DAMAC, The Lifestyle Collection provides access to homes within established and fast-growing master communities rather than standalone apartment developments.

The projects are located across:

  • DAMAC Hills
  • DAMAC Hills 2
  • DAMAC Lagoons
  • DAMAC Riverside
Dubai homeownership drive

The developer said the collection offers a lower monthly entry point into master-community living while giving residents access to lifestyle-led infrastructure, open spaces and family-focused amenities.

The launch comes amid a broader effort to encourage long-term residency and homeownership across Dubai.

DAMAC highlighted Dubai Land Department’s First-Time Home Buyer Programme, which has enabled more than 3,200 residents to purchase their first homes since its launch in July 2025.

According to the developer, the programme reflects growing demand from end-users and long-term residents seeking stability, value and community-focused living.

DAMAC also pointed to recent updates to property-linked residency rules that are expected to strengthen buyer confidence.

Lifestyle-led communities

The company highlighted the removal of the minimum property value requirement for sole owners applying for a two-year property investor visa.

According to DAMAC, the changes support Dubai’s wider ambition to encourage long-term residency and create a more end-user-driven real estate market.

Residents purchasing homes through The Lifestyle Collection will have access to a range of leisure, wellness and fitness facilities within DAMAC’s master communities.

The company said the initiative reflects its continued focus on combining apartment ownership, flexible payment plans and lifestyle-led infrastructure.

DAMAC added that the collection supports Dubai’s broader goal of attracting long-term residents and reinforcing the emirate’s appeal as a place to live, invest and build a future.
