Aldar sells out Abu Dhabi Yas Acres townhouses for over $185m
UAE nationals made up 54 per cent of buyers at The Orchids, while Aldar plans to release 20 premium villas.
Aldar has sold out The Orchids at Yas Acres during its launch, generating more than AED680 million from townhouse sales at the Abu Dhabi community.
UAE nationals accounted for 54 per cent of buyers, while expatriate residents and overseas buyers made up the remaining 46 per cent. Buyers from India, the UK and China were among the largest groups by sales volume.
The developer said 73 per cent of customers were buying from Aldar for the first time with demand supported by Yas Island’s schools, lifestyle offering and leisure facilities.
The Orchids forms part of Yas Acres, Aldar’s established residential community on Yas Island. The company said it will now release a limited collection of 20 premium villas for buyers seeking larger homes in the area.
Yas Acres includes a 500 square metre community club with a gym, multipurpose hall and shared spaces, alongside parks, swimming pools, sports courts and landscaped green areas.
The sell-out adds to demand for family-focused homes on Yas Island where buyers are increasingly looking for established communities with access to schools, amenities and entertainment destinations.
